Returns Policy

All of the products on this site are of high quality and we are sure you will love them. We also check all products to ensure they meet our standards before being dispatched to you.

However, if you aren't happy with the goods you have purchased from us for whatever reason, we are happy to refund / exchange the item if it is sent back to us within 14 days for UK customers and 21 days for international customers. We offer simple and FREE UK returns through Collect+.

Please ensure to fully read our return guidelines before sending a return or exchange.

Please note that we do not  offer exchanges to international customers. If you would like an exchange, you will need to return the item(s) back to us for a refund and place a new order.

Returns Terms and Guidelines

UK RETURNS

We feel that when you purchase from us, you should be happy with the products you receive. That's why we offer simple and free UK returns through Collect+ to make shopping with us as easy as possible.

To return using the Collect+ Service :

1. You should receive a returns form with your order but if not you can download one from here. Once you have your form, complete it fully and pop it in the parcel you wish to return.

2. Send an email to info@keptedition.com requesting a return / exchange, we will then book and pay for your return using Collect+, We will send you the returns label to your email address for you to print out and attach to your returns parcel.

3. Package the item(s) securely so they are not damaged in the post.

4. Drop it off at one of the 5,800 shops using Collect+ and make sure to keep the postage receipt. To see which is the most convenient Collect + store for you, go to : www.collectplus.co.uk/store_locator

5. Once we receive your returns and we are happy they meet our return guidelines, we will send out any exchanges requested within 1 working day.

Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 working days.

Important notes :

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

KEPT EDITION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS OF INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, THIS INCLUDES POSTAGE COSTS AND CUSTOMS CHARGES.

1. Complete the returns form and include it within your parcel. If you do not have one you can download one here.

2. Package the item(s) securely so they are not damaged in the post.

3. Affix the supplied label to your returns parcel and send it via a secure shipping method to the address on the supplied label. Please make sure to keep the postage receipt.

4. It advisable to mark the parcel with 'Returned Goods' to prevent customs charges / import duty.

5. Once we receive your returns and we are happy they meet our return guidelines, refunds will be credited to your account within 7 working days.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges to international customers. If you would like an exchange, you will need to return the item(s) back to us for a refund and place a new order.

Important notes :

1. Kept Edition is not responsible for any costs of international returns, this includes postage costs, customs charges and / or all other charges.

2. Package your item securely and please send your parcel using a tracked postage service and make sure keep the postage receipt. Kept Edition can not be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.

3. International parcels may take some time to arrive back to us depending on where you are sending from, we can only process your refund once we have received the item(s) and they meet our return guidelines.

Pop-up stores and events

Occasionally, we like to host events and pop-up shops in which you can view, try on and buy items from us in person.

We will not accept refunds on items during these events, However, we will accept exchanges on like for like items provided you take it back to the store and have a valid receipt. We will also accept exchanges on any items which are faulty.

We will not accept refunds on items sent to us when purchased at one of these events unless the product is faulty.
